Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dream Ai collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you browse the site, sign in, manage billing, create drafts, and run image or video generation workflows.
1. Introduction
Dream Ai provides AI image and video generation workflows across the homepage, pricing pages, blog, and workspace. This Privacy Policy describes what information we process, why we process it, how long we retain it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process account details, billing data, task inputs, temporary files, technical session data, and privacy preference signals.
- Google sign-in details such as Google account identifier, email address, display name, and avatar URL.
- Subscription and billing data such as plan, product ID, subscription status, customer ID, subscription ID, billing period dates, and credit balance metadata.
- Generation inputs and task metadata such as prompts, selected model, aspect ratio, resolution, workflow type, draft status, and job status.
- Temporary reference images, draft files, upload files, and generated result files used to complete requested jobs.
- Necessary cookies and local storage entries used for sign-in, OAuth handoff, workspace continuity, and privacy settings.
3. Google Sign-In and Account Data
When you sign in with Google, Dream Ai receives only the account information needed to create or update your account and keep you signed in. We use this information for authentication, session management, account recovery, and workspace access control.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits
Checkout and subscription processing are handled through Creem. Dream Ai does not store full payment card details, but it does receive and retain the billing metadata needed to activate subscriptions, manage renewals, reconcile webhook events, and maintain credit balances and ledger history.
5. Generation Inputs, Drafts, Uploads, and Results
Prompts, task parameters, and temporary files are processed to run text-to-image, text-to-video, image-guided image generation, and image-to-video workflows. Drafts may be created on the homepage before being consumed inside the workspace.
Large files are stored temporarily in service temp directories rather than inside the database. The database mainly stores metadata and task state needed to run and track jobs.
- Draft files are temporary and expire after approximately 30 minutes if not consumed.
- Upload files are temporary and are removed after processing or cleanup.
- Result files are intended for temporary delivery, and a normal result fetch may mark a result as consumed and remove the file after delivery.
7. How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, provide the workspace, create and consume drafts, process subscriptions, enforce credit and task limits, deliver results, protect service security, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve service reliability.
9. Data Retention
Retention depends on the type of data and the reason it is processed. Temporary drafts, uploads, and result files are kept for short periods tied to generation workflows, while account, subscription, credit ledger, and security records may be retained longer for operations, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
- OAuth handoff cookies are short-lived.
- Session cookies may remain active for up to about 30 days unless revoked earlier.
- Unconsumed drafts expire after about 30 minutes.
- Temporary result files may be removed after one-time delivery or short automated cleanup windows.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal information. You can also manage optional cookie and tracking preferences through the Privacy Settings entry shown on the site.
11. Children’s Privacy
Dream Ai is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will publish the revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or Dream Ai’s data practices, contact [email protected].
