By accessing or using Dream Ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.

Dream Ai provides AI-assisted creation workflows that may include text-to-image, text-to-video, image-guided image generation, image-to-video generation, homepage draft handoff into the workspace, account access, subscription billing, and temporary result delivery.

Features, models, limits, pricing, workflows, and availability may change over time.

Some features require an authenticated account. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for activities that occur through it. Dream Ai may suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Certain generation features require an active subscription, available credits, or both. Paid plans, product configurations, and quotas may change, and checkout is handled through a third-party billing provider.

Failed generations are generally not charged, while successful job completion may trigger the applicable credit deduction under the current billing rules.

Dream Ai may apply technical and operational limits, including limits on concurrent active jobs, supported models, video duration, aspect ratios, resolutions, file size, file count, and task lifecycle rules.

You are responsible for the prompts, images, instructions, and other materials you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use those materials.

You retain any rights you already hold in the materials you submit. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, Dream Ai does not claim ownership of outputs solely because they were generated through the service.

However, we do not guarantee that outputs are unique, available for intellectual property registration, free of third-party claims, or suitable for every commercial purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, licensing, or using them commercially.

We work to keep Dream Ai available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, capacity management, or product changes.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for the platform, other users, or third parties.

Dream Ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from your use of the service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not retroactively cancel the current billing period.

Except where required by applicable law, payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable once subscription access, credits, or generation features have been made available. Dream Ai may review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, or proven service-side failures on a case-by-case basis.

Failed generation jobs are generally not charged. If a billing error results in an incorrect deduction or charge, Dream Ai may issue a credit adjustment or refund at its discretion. To request cancellation or refund review, contact [email protected] with your account email, order details, and the reason for the request.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Dream Ai after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
